good to hear that joe hachem is in tony hachem's top 5 players in the world. his opinion means a lot to me, and i'd really love to hear who is the rest of the top 5.
he also sounds to me like a really smart guy, and i'm sure the reason that he never gets any top finishes really is because he runs bad.

In before temporal semantics ban.

Mystery Man: In the East, the Far East, when a person is sentenced to death, they're sent to a place where they can't escape, never knowing when an executioner may step up behind them, and fire a bullet into the back of their head.

WP. We also have "disobeying the laws of thermal dynamics" bans. Every few days some assclown comes in here and unveils a perpetual motion machine.

The Tony Hachem interview was really hard to get interested in. He didn't answer specific questions, sounded like he was seriously pissed, his speech was too slow, sentences badly structured and generally boring.

Its obviously not the fault of the people involved with the show, who were trying to get the most out of him but it just didn't work and made me switch off precisely at the moment when he bragged about his ability to mincash in soft tournaments then followed up with a moan about his running bad.

FU Tony Hachem, you boring turd!

Do you have a screening process for interviews? An editing process for after them?

There really aren't many situations where an interview would be edited for content afterwards. If we edit, it's usually only because it went too long or had audio quality problems. We certainly don't edit to make a guest sound better or worse. It's our role to ask the questions, not to attempt to make a guest look good or bad.

I have no clue what you mean by screening guests. They are invited on the show by us, so I guess it doesn't get any more screened than that. No one storms in and throws on a headset and just starts talking.

If we think an interview has zero redeeming qualities(just too boring to the majority of the audience and us) we just won't air it. This has only happened a couple of times.

The Hachem gene pool really failed on the personality.

No reflection on the M&A but this had to go down as one of the low point in PC history.

Tony is actually very nice and extremely well liked around the poker room in Melbourne. Best to chalk up to 'too early in morning' if you know what I mean.

Fair enough I suppose I'd struggle to string a cohesive sentence together at 4am.

Mean while, props to you and Adam for your normal animated selves.

It was about 10am, but he had clearly been out 'entertaining' the night before. We were amazed they both showed up.

He was douchy when I played with him last year, particularly by berating the dealers for giving him bad cards. Anyone who does that is always an ******* in my book.

And kissing babies has never really been a benchmark of true personality.

I agree the Tony Hachem was one of my least favorites in the history of the show. Can't even believe he went for the "I always get unlucky" card while also saying it is annoying when it is coming from Joe.
