As far as playing against intelligent players goes, I normally just try to figure things out by myself, but in spots like these i feel lost. sometimes the fish show up with random **** that doesnt make sense and has no equity, but mostly they have the nuts it seems.

I agree. Besides, if OP knows it is a set for sure, what's the question? Fold in that case.

Also, OP's attitude sucks. People are allowed to limp and donk and do weird stuff, it is allowed. Seems villain is more intelligent than OP since he was able to put OP in a tricky spot.

think of what the hand directly worse than yours is. In this case its kq. Is villain ever going to take this line with kq? maybe .1% of the time. So you're either chopping, you're crushed or villain is playing a very bizarre bluff/semibluff.
