I played poker as a living a few years ago but I havn't played for 5 years. Last week I started to play again and see that the players are much tighter, less limping and smaller preflop raises. Why these changes? And how should I adjust my game?

I wouldn't bother playing again now, games are infested with Russian/Belarussian shortstacker scum and eastern euro GTO KiDZ etc.

I'm not good enough to talk about the ways the game has changed, but it's definitely all vini's fault, ****ing making vids to educate all the fish
