Yea I'm not running great either. I'm 17BI under EV this month over 35k hands. The good news is I'm still like 16BI above EV lifetime though.

I'm above EV, but only by < 2 buyins....I either run slightly above, or massively below it seems

I have reviewed the player's hand histories, and have found that they have indeed been breaking our rules as you describe. Their decision to join new games and avoid paying blinds is unacceptable.

Consequently, I have written to the player in no uncertain terms, advising them that this sort of behavior will not be tolerated at PokerStars. I expect that this will avoid the problem re-occurring, and we will take further action if needed.

Additionally, please rest assured that we do not tolerate the use of prohibited programs here on PokerStars. We have an extensive arsenal of detection tools in order to ensure that each player is a human being and playing without the use of prohibited programs.

We examined this player to see if they may have been using any prohibited software, but did not find any.

Thanks again for taking the time to report this, and please feel free to email us again to report any other similar situations.
