I had to do this last March or April to cashout a $$ amount I've been taking out every 2 weeks for a year.

I just got an email from verification@pokerstars.com wanting me to send copies of ID, address etc...anybody else ever get this from this email address? Interesting because it has my VIP information incorrect...

i got the same email as you guys. im at work now, but can we still play and withdraw from our account or do we have to send in this info. before we can do play or withdraw from our account?

its kind of funny, but being sn is getting to be more of a burden then not. you would think that generating a good amount of rake, you would get awarded a somewhat better class of treatment then the everyday plyr, yet, 1st, with that uk debacle awarding 100k vpp for very little effort to the everyday uk plyr, and now having to send in all this info for being a sn, this is like a wtf moment for me.

i guess in the grand scheme of things its not a big deal, but it is an incovenience..

i got that email from stars as well, im glad i saw that this seems to be a common check up or id be concerned. and ive never sent them id of any kind in the past so i think this is a fine request for them to make. its inconvenient but i appreciate that they need to make these checkups
