Since ppl were talking about PT4 v HEM2 and notecaddy, I'd like to share this gem that I got into on the notecaddy forums.
Cliffs:

- I post complaining there are not enough definitions
- I ask why they can't make a simpler system for badges
- I state that I hope development of NC will pick-up b/c right now I don't feel like I'm getting what was advertised

- Developer tells me to send an email with my HM2 code so I can get a refund
- I tell him I don't rly want one
- I get an email notifying me that I've been refunded my money and my NC premium is not active anymore
- Dev's explanation:

That is absolutely horrendous customer service, who does this guy think he is? I'd been looking into NC and was probably going to buy it, but in such a complex and ever-changing environment such as poker, customer service and technical support is absolutely vital. Poker players can be d-bags about stuff like this when things don't go exactly as they want, but you were entirely reasonable. SretiCentV has shown that he has absolutely no understanding of how to handle his paying customers and has behaved like a little kid.

Wow that is so weird. In all my dealings with SretiCentV he has been nothing but a pleasure to chat to and always very helpful and understanding of any questions i asked. He often views these threads so he may pop by and say something. It certainly appears like a large over reaction though, just makes me wonder whether he was pre-occupied by something else at the time and you just ended up bearing the brunt of his frustrations.
