We hope you appreciate that we will have a lot to review, verify and authenticate; and will do our best to keep our players informed once information is available.

We are pleased to confirm that we have now concluded our agreement with the US Department of Justice and hence commit to paying players back and relaunching the Full tilt Poker site within 90 days, by November the 6th.

Please feel free to refer to the following links to view our press statement and/or relevant FAQ:

We realize that this has been a difficult and drawn-out process. As such, we also comprehend that you may have many questions. To that effect, please note that we are working hard to answer all of your queries. However, we will need a little more time to address all concerns.

Please rest assured that we will pro-actively grant regular updates to all of our players in terms of progress and as we get closer to launch date.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

anyone have an idea of how long the remission process will take?

i've heard we should expect payouts to begin ~8 months after they start reviewing claims.

no one knows anything yet. anyone who says they have is lieing. there have been a few decent arguments both ways. I tend to fall on the side of the fence that it won't take as long as previous remission cases. But that's just my educated guess.

Where did you hear that? That would tilt me because I would have to ship disco 1k and I really really don't want to do that.

i've skewed dem lately, although I'm really libertarian in most of my views and have voted republican a lot in the past. but that's it, I'm done with the republicans for the near future.

the current state of politics in the US is as pitiful as it has ever been.

meh just cause they have a view on it doesn't really matter. Dems are pro gay marriage and repubs are anti-abortion... neither are getting regulated or banned any time soon, respectively. It's all about grabbing the voters right now.

As soon as the casinos dump enough money into lobbying, their view will change.

Apparently, in order to have been contacted you needed to be a non-US player with an account balance of greater than $3,500.
