lol. Just spent half an hour catching up on this thread.

Jah - is it really worth getting up early in the morning like you do to play? I play the worst times in the world - anywhere between EST 3.30am - EST 2PM, so was wondering if you thought it made a big difference.

Also I was inspired to look up this WalkingonWater fellow, and it seems that you do! Perhaps you should feed the forum with fishes and loaves next.

Is that DamnRinger hand really a c/f? I agree there's not all that much we beat, but surely even less that beats us, and I think he'll call with both.

I just know a lot of people keep poker BR and life money super separated and really enjoy cashouts and really really really try to avoid depositing. I'm just like meh I know how much I have between all poker sites/bank accounts doesn't really matter how much is in each. Just super-easy to move money between them.
Interesting. I am kind of the complete opposite. Poker and life money are 100% separate for me. It helps a lot with the family since I can be fully honest with my wife and not cause her to freak out when I drop $2500 in a session. It would be a much different discussion if the lines were not so clearly drawn. Once I withdraw, the money is entirely removed from the poker economy, and tbh, that is a good feeling. Like, hey, I could go busto tomorrow but this money is protected. I might be more willing to take some more out and keep it connected to poker if depositing were not such a hassle, but as it stands, I just keep what I need - like 40 or 50 buy-ins for 400nl, and withdraw every time I go mildly higher. Probably withdraw more I suppose since 400nl is becoming so unplayable and there is no need to have that much for 200nl.

Walk on Water.

(actually as nobody seems to understand my posts I mean you have a good win rate which is hard to do, as is walking on water which is why jesus got props for it, and in the UK at least walking on water now means being very good at something)

Yeah I'm sure if I had a family/dependents it'd be completely different and makes sense why you'd do it that way. Also I make sure I have enough in the bank to handle at least next 6 months expenses.
