lol well i ended up playing anyway. crazy sesh. was -600 before i even got my tables up, got it back to about +500, and then got coolered. and then some moron german reg stacks off TT against me pre in a spot where hes at best flipping and obviously i lose the flip even after turning the nfd with AKs. the **** puts me so on tilt, i cant ****ing stand losing flips to 1BB/100 regs when they get in TT with no fold equity and flipping at best and of course i never have AA its always AK and i lose.

anyone thats ever played against me, i challenge you to find more than 2 hh's in your database where i actually win a full stacked flip. they say you always remember the ones you lose, but never the ones you win. NOT TRUE.

/rant about never winning flips

is it just me or does everyone feel like every session they play, theyre constantly working against the grain. like ill stack a fish, cooler a reg, be up a couple buyins......then i lose a flip against a moron, then some fish puts it in on a draw and gets there.....then i stack a fish, then i stack another fish......then i run KK into AA, then i lose another flip, then another fish sticks it in on a draw and gets there. FML how do you guys seriously ever have those 10BI sessions. I don't get it. Do you just win every pot for 5 hours straight?

Really don't like dubsteb. I'm more of a trance and house fan. Also, not to be a nit, but techno is a genre within electronic dance music, which is what most people are referring to when they say techno music.

tough, since Brady plays Baltimore and Brees is gonna annihilate Tampa. But WTF Leon Washington?? lol

And FWIW I had Jermichael Finley, out for year. Dropped Brett Favre as well. Made two ridiculous trades:

Donald Driver/Shonn Greene for Brady preseason
Jason Snelling/Mark Clayton for Roddy White prior to week 4

story of my life, i consider it standard now.
10-16-2010 , 06:09 PM
would be nice if my kings ever beat AK. Probably just imagining that they do win sometimes.
10-16-2010 , 06:10 PM
Some days I just feel like every single spot I'm in, It's such a clear bet, such a clear fold, such a clear check back, and I'm always right. Sometimes in those sessions I don't even win but still feel good because I knew I did everything right and it was easy.

Some other days it's exactly the opposite where everything I do I feel like I'm just playing a guessing game, even versus some 40 vpip fish, and I just can't win. Those sessions are the worst, and then I'll be knee deep in one of those sessions down a couple BI and feeling irritated and then some fish will cooler me by flopping 533 after flatting pre with 53o and I have AA and he basically is never winning when the money goes in but this one ****ing time he has 53o. Then I'll just throw my hands up in the air like I'm watching the Oreilly factor or some **** and really want to crush a small fruit in my hands.

I'm so bad I think just open folding KK preflop would cause me to improve my winrate and $ now. Doesn't matter what my opponent has (I think I've won one KK vs AK allinpf the last few months). I might have to quit at the end of this year as I'm probably the fish in the games now. (though you all already knew that) Every time I grind it back I have some ridiculous losing day and it's taking it's toll on me psychologically at least for sure. To those of you raking it in these days I bow to your awesomeness.

is your SN on FTP the same as 2p2? if so, wtf.

i'm ******xopokerxboy and used to be ceapxa19xfrate (yes, i'm actually x-ing out my own SN) and for all intents and purposes I play professionaly, had two 4k DS this year and am nowhere near to quiting. I'd type a more lengthy reply but 12-tabling + 2p2 = -EV

wheatrich sounds like you just need a little time away from the tables. Take a full week off with absolutely 0 online hands played and come back with guns blazing.
10-16-2010 , 07:04 PM
yeah this. maybe even 10 days.
10-16-2010 , 07:05 PM
I love how we have mega double standards (at least some of us). like levelling randoms posting HHs in the forum and stuff but giving super +EV advice to actually regs (who are actually miles better than the randoms anyway)

I had a feeling:

Same for me for the last 3 months after a 20 bi downswing. Can't get anything going 3 steps forward 2 steps back.

I am amazed how i can drop 6 buy ins and not be tilted. Just so ****ing frustrated that can't play. Time to drink some vodka and forget about my bad day. Oh and punching yourself in the head helps a lot.
10-16-2010 , 08:42 PM
vodka time for me too, have a fun night everyone

Now I feel bad for taking one of those buy-ins.

With my play, I'm sure you'll get it back at some point.
