in all seriousness.
I do a lot of power lifting in my workout routine so that actually helps a bunch. Ever since I've started doing Deadlifts again it's really helped with lower back .

yep yep yep; was railing his blog he posted his stats up for before. Also keep in mind FR numbers are actually skewered higher to people who play a lot of short-handed and start tables.
I'm sure if a lot of them filter to 7-9 players surprised it's any higher. If you play a lot of hands SH/HU HM2 still registers it as the full-ring table section.
@RKI
which makes sense that those who play a lot of HU/SH @ fr has the killer winrates as it's been said before playing HU/SH with fish is much more profitable than sharing with 9 people =P~ ~
Also those who are proficient at SH/HU will have an edge @ fr when starting tables than those who don't.
It'll increase overall WR if;
20% of you FR play is @ HU.
Your WR @ HU is like 10/100 (apparantly the STD @ SSNLHU) probably higher since a lot of regs don't play too well in HU =). . . like me persay =/
Then Total WR as registered by HM2 =
20% * HU-wr + 80%*FR-wr=
