Hero is playing NL200 live 9handed,

Hero(85BB) gets dealt AsKs utg, and raises to 12(standard raise)
4 callers and BB who is a tight old nit(90bb) raises to 50 wich is
QQ+ here nearly all the time.
Is folding here standard or too weak?

Without callers i would fold here, but with pot odds of 2:1 and position
i decided to call and go broke with a pair or fd on flops.
Flop is 2x 5s 6s, BB shoves for 111, wich is a call here of course.
