Villain is unknown. By now I have enough hands on NL200 that this means some chance that it translates into "non-reg".

So what´s the hand you need to call? What about AQ w/o the flush ace?

Fold, min raise is very strong on this board.

Also I would check the turn, it's hard to call the flop without a flush, a flush draw or a hand that is drawing to beat a flush isn't it?

Nah I need a set, flush, straight, or AT with the Ad to continue against check min raising unknown.
