I'll have a go but i'm not very good soooooo take from it what you will

1. I call here against aggressive donks every time, he could have you crushed or he could have something nutty like 56 or 67cc.

2. B/f seems best, it's a strange card to raise but he could have all of the flopped sets or J9s. C/f is far too weak imo.

3. These are the kind of spots i suck at so probably best not to listen to this next bit, When regs take lines like this I've found it either to be be the effective nuts 10-10/QQ or a pretty strong draw that just wants to take the pot down now like AKhh/KJhh so as to whether you should b/c or b/f would mainly be based on previous reads that i have on that player.
