What's great is that we used to play "double chip value" because running no one wanted $.10 chips. So you got double of what you bought in for and blinds were .25/.50. Most people bought in for $15-$20 (60-80BB) so stacks were actually deeper than now where people buy in for $20-$30 (40-60BB). The guy who runs it has the reasoning that since we are making more money now we don't need to double the chip totals...

Highlight of the game was my buddy who plays way too loose and bluffs too often raised one limper in the CO (5-handed) and 4-bet pushed over re-raise from the limper (a tight player)...with AJs. Gotta love home games.

if stars was as great as everybody says it is, they would offer us $ for the tech problems they just had. why? because i blew $150 playing $22 turbo HU sng's (1/8 FTW...variance can fondle my ballsack imo...or maybe i just suck at HU turbo SNGs/poker in general). and now things are working but they dont alert you to this. for all they know, i coulda gone on a year long mormon mission thinking the site would never restore itself back to fully functioning.
