There's been some discussion in the stars reg thread about people looking to put a poker house together in vegas or a tropical island. It's annoying to have to sift through that thread to discuss the matter, so this will make it easier. Plus getting groups of people together on aim at the same time is a headache/attempting a conference call w/people from around the world sounds expensive.

As of now zach + hockeyshawn sound interested, rob fripp is a maybe, and kolo is in the process of flipping for his bankroll, so I'd say he's 50/50. I don't remember if there were others already, but anyone else interested post here, get some talk started and w/e. Feel free to put other houses/vacations and such together here too.

I found a seemingly sick house in Vegas that I think I showed to some of you on aim. I don't wanna post it here b/c I assume someones gonna wanna rent it very soon so I can pm it to interested parties if asked.

As of now I'm in for Costa Rica or some other random warm spot assuming there's no issues with the embassy/living situations are ideal.

They aren't, neither is kolo. They all seem to be more excited to live somewhere where they can drink. I'm 21 fwiw and really have no preference besides for a living situation that's seemingly simple.

I'm quite interested in this too, but some things irl mean i can't make a decision for 2-3 months :S that being said i'd be more down for costa rica/thailand than LV since it'd just be a blast (26 so age no issue), plus your $ will go further while grinding

interesting question, but logistically that's going to be a nightmare to organise unless someone drops out or unless people want to rent out a house that has more bedrooms than needed

Also,i think we should determinate how many people we will put in the house.
So,if we say something like 7 people,and already 7 people is 100% confident they are moving,people like me shoud be removed

i understand the situation with being under 21 and not wanting to live in vegas. I would love to find a great place outside the usa but visas are a pain in the ass guys. We don't have a job technically and we would also have language barrier problems. Just keep that in mind. I am in playa del carmen, mexico right now. I thought of setting up a grind house here but honestly it just sucks so thats a no go imo.
I am down for costa rica or asian countries. I would love to do it near amsterdam but again getting a visa and staying there longterm (more than 3 months) is a pain in the ass if you are not a resident.
I suggest vegas because you have plenty of BIG houses to choose from and most of us wouldn't have to worry about visa requirements and/or language barriors. There is also plenty of entertainment available. Im definately open though to argentina but again I think USA citizens can only stay there for 6 months. and it would be kinda hard to get a house in a foreign country for only 6 months.

also a big house/mansion in vegas would make it easier for people to rotate in and out if they decide to leave.

I want a chef too...really. or some way to eat healthy where I don't have to cook much. Maybe we should find a micro grinder that has cooking skills and offer coaching or something.

Well, I just think if you guys wanted to do it in Vegas, there'd be no incentive for peolpe under 21 to do it. If you guys decide that, that's fine just saying.

Me and a good friend of mine that plays nl25/nl50 and post in Micro Forums (Dashornman) are planning on moving to the San Diego area around September/October/November time frame, we are about 95% sure we will be moving out there to rent a house. We have talked a little about about trying to potentially find a 3rd/4th person to live with us. If you are serious about progressing in poker and want to **** hot girls then this would be a good situation for you lol. As he says grinding with me just makes you want to play more poker because of my machine like tendicies. If anyone would potentially be interested or talk more PM me or post in here!

yeah i agree it won't be much appealing but how many <21 year olds are going to jump ship into another country? i mean really its not as easy as it takes to type...

I live in San Diego currently, and that'd be another option for me I suppose. They have casinos here but they don't spread games high enough that'd make you want to play. They also are a drive of 30 min or more.

As for living outside the country for under 21'ers. I know I'd rather live outside country than in Vegas. We can drink legally there and it'd be a new and fun experience.
