I like those numbers... I have been told (by people much better than me at poker) that i limp too much..... over only 6,000 hands I am 21/10.. it seems (while i am playing) that i raise alot though.

I still have to figure out the true meaning of the numbers etc. I am not experienced at all.

Making $ is important to me. but, I have realized in the past week that I want to actually enjoy playing online poker. I used to think that I only want to win money and could care less about the enjoyment factor. I now know that thats not true. It just seems when I play more hands, I am more engaged and enjoy it more. Now, the trick is to try and play more hands as opposed to being a nit and make money doing it while improving as a player.

I guess I am not as conservative as I thought I was.

people claiming tableratings is off are lying im almost positive.

i've been checking it up with my HEM the day after a session and it usually only misses an average of 2 per 1000 hands on both stars and FTP now.

i might be like the 1% but its off

also it might be completely accurate now dunno

it misses hands when tables first start up

some of us will be more affected than others

I never start tables up (although that will change when my HU skillz improve) but it's still missed between 4 and 5% of my total hands.

It's off by quite a bit for me.

I think it has been more accurate as time has gone on, lately it has seemed closer to correct, but its still pretty inaccurate.

also, i know its been said before but PF stats are so overrated

there are supposed "LAGs" mentioned in this thread that may open a lot of hands in steal positions but actually play very nitty postflop
there are also people that look like nits from preflop stats but actually play extremely aggressively postflop
01-16-2009 , 03:07 AM
Exactly, preflop and postflop are two different worlds.
