Well, obviously the bet is void for anyone who can no longer play, and probably for anyone for outside the US too (if there is anyone.)

Regarding the escrows, Skelm won't be able to transfer the funds back

Skelm: Hopefully you will be able to withdraw. It may then be a case of mailing players' their escrow if nothing changes in the immediate future. What do you think?

I think this should be void for everybody, there's no way to play volume now.

Assuming things are as they are now I'll process each escrow via bank transfer for everybody. I think the best course of action is to wait until the end of the month and see what develops between now and then. Thoughts?

^Seems like a good idea to wait till the end of the month, seems a bit risky making a lot of withdrawals/poker transfers at the moment.

Hi guys,

It's now the end of the month. The escrow for the bet is currently processing as a bank transfer to my account (happy to verify for anybody that wishes it). I think at this point the best option (for all involved) is to bank transfer everybody's escrow back to them. If you can PM me your bank details then I will arrange this and PM you once the money hits my account and is subsequently transferred to each party.

Hey guys,

I have sent everybody PM's regarding this, some people have got me the correct information and will receive a payment tomorrow (I'll pm you receipt numbers once I've been to the bank). Others have only given me account numbers without routing or swift codes, since the transfer is an international one I'll need those (I believe just a swift code will suffice provided I already have your account name and number). Please check your inbox asap and let me know the relevant information.

Alternatively if you'd rather your money on PartyPoker or Neteller then I can do that also.
