Similar hand, bit looser range

Im all for a raise, but doesnt our raising range seem narrow making it loose credibility?

That was my main concern, someone explain to me what im thinkin wrong plz lol

I think i think that on low boards without fds, but these i think are okay examples to raise because its connected enough for the two pairs

To clarify more our raising range for VALUE is pretty much, T8s, 88, 44, TT

idk why you'd raise either.

My logic was to fold out some hands that are better than us, higher cards, small/medium pairs

umm random

raising seems fine in both, without flush cards present, its doubtful villian will 3bet us with his overpairs

I think your implieds are good enough to call in both hands. As an aside, I also think it matters whether or not you float a lot in general. If you're more apt to raise flops then call and steal on turn, I'd prolly raise, but I think calling is better overall.

So, raising the first one is bad. Either raising or calling hand 2 are fine.
