200NL flopped top two on a ugly board 200NL flopped top two on a ugly board

No stats on Villain he just sat down... I should have potted flop... My bad!! Should I have checked the turn? I am not sure if I played the turn properly... my reasoning was to fire one more barrel to get value out of draws and obviously fold to a raise. Thanks for teaching me poker dawgs!

ugh, I can't see this being anything but a flush that often

this does suck. your oop and anything hes could possibly be semibluffing here has decent equity vs you. i think folding here is best, avoiding a marginal spot OOP. i see myself misplaying alot of river cards on this board.

I shove. Minraise is generally a sign of weakness

For less than 50bb I'm rarely folding top 2. You're beat a lot here, but not enough with no reads to fold. I'd get it in here - calling kind of sucks because villain will have well less than a psb left on river and you're not folding at that point unless the river is a total disaster.
Crappy spot, though.
