Villain I only have 95 hands on and he is playing 20/11 over that sample. There are two more 200nl full ring games running and he isn't playing either of them.

This is his first 3bet in the sample.

He has cbet 0/2 times so far too.

4b pre, ~$70. I don't think any reg is folding QQ or AK bvb here. This deep and in position he will call some of his 3b-bluff range too imo. As played, keep on calling.

I folded turn.

I think assuming he is a reg is a mistake. Nothing I mentioned in the OP would indicate that he's a reg to me so I looked at what his range could be to 3bet my strong iso when 250bb deep and I came up with AA,KK,QQ,JJ and AK.

AA wins, QQ wins, JJ checks back turn, KK is unlikely so the only combo we can continue on is AK and would a player who plays 20/11 cbet turn with AK after not cbetting once in 93 hands?

Vs a reg I think this plays a lot easier but it was screaming AA or QQ to me when he went from just over 1/2 pot on flop to over 2/3 pot on turn.

I think folding turn is best.

95 hands is a pretty small sample, but I would think that a seemingly passive 20/11 villain wouldn't all of a sudden become aggro in this spot without QQ/AA here.
