shortstack guy who ships is 15/0 over 27 and the other guy is like 70/15/0.9 over the same sample.

so how do i proceed here? i wasnt folding vs the shortstack ever, but when the other guy flats it makes things kinda weird.

I would probably be more inclined to call here and proceed with caution, even though the guy sucks I dont think we want to get into a huge pot here with this hand (esp with both being over 100BBs). I think playing big pots against ****ty players with mediocre holdings is probably a bad idea. You have position on him and a hand with a lot of good showdown value.

His range is most likely Ace-x (mostly worse than a jack but who knows with a 70/15), straight draws and flush draws. If a blank peels and he checks I would probably bet, and if a bad card comes I would attempt to get to a cheap show down.

This seems like one of those hands where u should almost completely ignore that the stats indicate that he's fishy. His range includes almost ATC, & we have a pretty marginal holding. Fold flop & likely kick yourself when he tables TT or some other goofy hand, but avoid a hi-variance spot w/a fish who's going to make bigger mistakes later down the road, imo. Or am I a nit?
