1% 3betting range is all you needed to know, MP1 means nothing when you still have a guy with AA or KK in bb , light your cards on fire

Fold pre-buyin. Stop playing at tables with 4-5 shortstacks. Stars has lots and lots of 50 BB minimum tables. Use them.
