No stats/reads on villain, played maybe 15 hands with him. After facing the c/r, is there any value in putting in a 3bet or would it be better to just flat and let him stab the turn? I feel like he either has a decent hand here or just air. Thoughts?

if its a decent hand (set or flush) i like to get it in on the flop, cause any heart will kill action.
