suggested addition to DC library? suggested addition to DC library?

i'm only a casual DC user (maybe 2 vids per week), and def haven't browsed this forum much, so if this has already been discussed, please excuse my ignorance to that.

i'm very impressed with DC's strategy content. one thing i'd like to see addressed more so than it has been is the psychological aspect of poker, and how not to get owned by it.

stuff on avoiding tilt, ensuring you are playing your A game, stop-losses, dealing with variance, etc would be pretty great (this coming, regrettably, from a fairly easy tilter). in my own case at least, i'm sure my winrate would see good returns from this.

as it is now i haven't really seen this addressed much at all (maybe i'm missing it somewhere?). there were a few cool articles by tommy angelo that deal with these types of issues, but more extensive content would be great.

This is an excellent suggestion and we have been formulating ideas. I did not want your post to go unanswered. Excellent ideas!

+1 to the OP.
Joe drops some metagame in his LNC vids but I would love to see more.

Probably one of the most valuable bits of advice I got from Joe is to stop when its not "going well". That covers a lot more than just losing or being on obvious monkey tilt, I stop playing as soon as I see the tell tale signs like struggling to remember the exact action on the previous street or resorting to level 1 thinking.

Joe is a great person to contribute to this topic in videos; when I had that run in the wsop, every update text was returned with a "breatheeeee, look left, and gogogogo!!" I can only imagine him getting into it in a bit more detail is that much better
