Hey guys,
Just picked up golf late last summer after a few friends introduced me to it. Read a couple books and played a decent amount last fall, and now I'd like to really work on my game this summer.
I'm pretty awful... Definitely not breaking 100 lately. Sometimes I still top the ball and not real accurate w/ my chips, and I'm completely lost when it comes to pitching.
Any tips on things I can do practice around the yard?

Thanks

Get a chipping net and master that. It will help your long game a ton.

i suck too... i used to shoot in the 110s. i watched high speed camera swings of tiger woods and would go to the range and try to mimic it. as for chipping, a big problem could be getting wristy. try to chip like its a putt.
