Tiger just hit a weak fade approach into #6. They all said that he'd "gotten ahead" of the ball. What do they mean by that? Body ahead of the ball? Hands? Both? Something that prevents him from getting the clubhead square at contact.

Hip turn ahead, arms lagging, less power and open clubface at impact. Easily the most common miss by hacks.
