Hi All,

I started learning how to play a couple months ago and have been borrowing my friends' clubs. I am willing to commit myself to the game and now want my own set. I am willing to spend about $200-$300 and I'm 5'4". The following questions arise:

1. Do I buy used or new?

2. What brands should I be looking at?

3. Where can I go to get them fitted? Regular sports store or golf place? How much does that cost?

4. Do I wait for potential sales at the end of golf season?

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

think you can get used clubs with tons of lifeleft fir a huge discount. Don't get blades, a nice cavity back iron will be fine.

I can't vouch for the driver, i gave that to my brother, but it works out for him. The rest of the set hits pretty well tho.
