Glad you had a good experience. I used it to call me mom twice then I tried making another call a few days later. I got a message saying "your account has been locked. Click here to find out more." I click the link and it takes me to the
skype main page. There is nothing on the entire site that relates to locked accounts. I send an email asking wtf is going on. Three days later I get an email saying "we need you to verify your credit card information, confirm the last four digits, country of origin, etc." I reply to this with the information they requested. I hear nothing from them for three weeks so I send them an email asking why this is taking so long. Two weeks later I get an email back saying "sorry, too much time has passed since your first email, please re-submit your customer service issue." So I again send an email saying that my account was locked without explanation, and to save you time, here's all the information I know you're going to request in the response. I tell them to either promptly unlock my account or give me a refund. That was over a month ago. No response of any kind. Do not give money to these people.
