summer poker house in tahoe

Hi all.
my self and 2 other 2+2ers are currently living in tahoe( http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/92...pokers-579553/ ) and are lease is up april 22. they are both leaving tahoe but im going to stay.the house we live in is 1 block from one of the main tourist beaches and 1mi from casinos. south lake is a very fun town and im told summers are better than winter for nightlife. the house is a 4 bedroom 3 bath which we rent for 1800/month and its fully furnished. it seems best to have 3 people in it because then everyone gets there own bathroom and we have a guest room for when friends visit.it probably works out to about 750 a month with all utilities.
im 27 grind 100 and 200nl on stars and now ftp.im laid back, smoke, and like to go out 1-2 nights a week. let me know if ur interested also post some things about ur self and the stakes u play. i will post pics of the house later.
