Spending 1 month in Croatia/Malta

Hi! I live in a country were Pokerstars is closed so i intend to go 1 month straight to Croatia or Malta( 3 times a year) to be able to play. Does anyone know if I would have to pay taxes in those countries for such a short period of time?
