Location: Central Bangkok Sukhumvit Soi 39 Phrompong District. 5-10 minutes taxi to Thonglor and the BTS.

Apt: 130 sqm 2 bed, 2 bath, 11th floor highrise fully furnished

Rent: 25k baht /month + utilities and maid

Current Room mate: Mid stakes tournament grinder (tiltattack 2+2)

The rent on the whole apt is 50K/month, no markup. It is in a really good location.

If this is still available in 2 weeks I will more than likely be very interested. Not going anywhere until January so gonna wait and see what else comes up offers/opportunities wise so I don't want to commit to anywhere just yet. That price for rent is fine w/ me, just gonna wait to see what else comes up since I just started looking at stuff today and don't need to chose just yet.
