Poker Break December, Central or S.America....ideas?

So am looking to take a Poker vacation early Dec to get away from the daily routine and some of the Xmas hype, am wondering if anyone has a recent experience of some good places with good games to go
Ive seen Costa Rica, Panama and Aruba, but the threads were 3-4+ years old
Ideally would like somewhere hot, decent hotel (with WiFi) with pool or beachfront, with at least 1-2x 200nl-1kNL Holdem running every night, multiple nearby casinos would be better
