Macau is not that big, and from what I remember it's like a 15 minute cab ride from the main casinos.

I got in from the HK airport but everywhere I've been in Macau seems like a 10 min. cab ride

Yea 15min or so. And don't bother asking how much he asks for the ride, its by the meter and he probably wont understand you anyway =)
