Room open 30 min away form Chiang Mai. We are a mellow crow of two guys playing mainly MTTs and one ring games. House has a very big garden a lot of outside areas to chill, small pool, jakuzi ect.. Rooms are different sizes so they are between 5.5 and 13K for a total of 32K per mount. Elec and internet on top is below 38K total witch is less than 1.1K usd. Its more like a quite place whit hardly to much traffic around. Slightly prefer MTT guy but evry one interested welcome to PM.
