can anyone give me some advice regarding Taxes in croatia on online poker?

Im a german and just settled over to croatia. Did bought any house in the mountains next to Varazdin. I consulted an accounting firm here to get some legal advice - but it seems that they dont exactly know how to legalise my income.

i thought its like 15% up to 500.000HRK and above 20% regrading this: http://www.porezna-uprava.hr/en/EN_p...AX-SYSTEM.aspx

...but it seems this is only for regulated national lottery / casino / sportsbetting. Since non of my pokerrooms is regulated / having a licensens here, so i assume winnings should be tax free until its getting regulated?!?

They gave me advice to play poker as profession. Then i would have to pay the usuall income tax of 40% o_O.

Does anyone know exactly about the croatian tax system & online poker?
