It doesn't really matter because the cheapest way is still going to run you hundreds of dollars. The deals they have are mostly for Florida residents and the park makes you show a Florida ID when you get there.

So even if someone from Florida offers you a deal on Craigslist, you will still be screwed because you won't have a Florida ID.

If it's just you and your wife, be prepared to spend $100+ each day you are in the park just on food and water. I think parking is $40 now, not sure. Going for 3 days can run you a grand, easy.

Only way to really save money is to have a relative living in Florida buy the tickets and go with you. They just can't buy the tickets for you because again, you need a FL ID to use them.

Nah, that sounds about right. I live in Florida. I haven't changed my location so it still says CT. $40 for parking may be a bit high, but it's at least $20. I know one of the parks is $40, I think it's Disney but not 100% sure.

Disney is good, but it's not worth the money if you can't really afford it or if it's going to cause you to blow your entire vacation budget. Universal is better, IMO.

Bumping a massively old thread here - going to Disney Orlando with my family end of this month. Getting a 4 day pass for all Disney parks - what are musts for our 3 year old? If the parents get a night to themselves, what's good to do? Any recs appreciated - rides, entertainment, food, whatever. I'm suffering from massive information overload trying to figure it out myself.
