(I was originally shooting for 50k and then dropped this to I think 40k. Crappy studios in the same building go for like 15kish so somewhere between 15 and 40k - make me an offer!)

I have a friend in Bangkok who has the keys and can show it to you. Payment for deposit and rent etc would ideally be worked out with poker site money or PayPal or something but you could also put THB into my Bangkok Bank account.

I would like to lease it for a year to somebody who may be there for even longer but would consider shorter stays.

in general, if you aren't living in phuket, or in the process of moving there, (or a regular part of the thai poker community) you won't be added. the group is really for organizing sports, parties, and community.

Anyone have success with transferring Neteller to a Thai bank?

If so, what is the best way to avoid fees (currency conversions)?

send the money in your neteller account currency and let the thai bank make the conversion. that's the cheapest way. i only use MB myself so not sure how it works with neteller exactly

15k furnished, yes. Perhaps crappy was the wrong word to choose. They are literally half the size of mine, on lower floors with worse/no views and wouldn't be furnished nearly as nice.

If you like the building and the area though I'm sure they would be a fine option if you didn't want to pay a bit more and rent a gorgeous 1br from me

I've gotten multiple offers that say basically exactly this, the first of which I said I'd accept if I got no better offers.

One problem i had was that Neteller wouldn't send in USD, as they said it was against their policy, at least for wires.

28k is a fair price imo. Anything less than 25k is a bargain.

I was wondering if anyone has used there Kasikorn web ATM visa card to deposit money on some of the poker sites directly from a Kasikorn account. I am curious if they allow this or if it gets denied? Specifically Pokerstars.
