well that would be a long and changing list. also you cant really just name airlines because it really is up to the person checking your boarding pass/passport when you are boarding the plane if he/she wants to check your ticket/visa status or if they even know the "rules".
thats why better just have a visa or a return ticket out and you wont have a problem. there have been few posts even in this thread where people have had to go book a ticket out of thailand when they were trying to board the plane.
also check that your passport is valid for 6 months AFTER you EXIT thailand
a year ago when i was flying to bangkok from helsinki the finnair crew took aside some chinaman because his passport was about to expire. dont know if he was able to board the plane eventually or not
