Most people I know did that. For example sandviper23 on 2+2, ex poker player, used to post ITT. Guy from the 'broke in thailand' youtube video he made, was actually a semi-troll but people like pokerspiv didn't get the joke and even wrote a blog post about him calling him a scammer (yet rehabbing fish writing a post about people on forums is a weird thing to do apparently).
He ended up making 7 figures in adsense revenue with clickbait wildlife videos on youtube like 'lion vs elephant fight' lol
Has 400 million video views... it's about $3k per million, so $1.2 million.
