Maybe others train because they like the feeling they get when they lift heavy weights, the burn after, they have a higher self confidence when lifting and feeling stronger and better about them self. Some people are not good at sports and hate running, so weight lifting can be an outlet for exercise. If your skinny phaggy bogan a55 would ever lift a weight, you will find how rewarding it is, and how helps create a routine for the rest of the stuff you do around your day. It also helps people to eat healthy and learn more about there bodies and whats good to eat and not. This is just a few of a hundred reasons why people lift.
