Nai harn beach... thjeres a small road somewhere with bungalows for about 10k baht a month on the beach side.

No idea where it is but the restaurants owners know

i don't understand, a soi is a soi.

Here's what happens in 99% of the cases.

At the beginning gogo bars and hookers are great fun, everybody pays for sex.

Then you realize or are told that it's very easy to pick up chicks in Thailand without paying, so you do it for a while.

One of those chick become your girlfriend.

You get bored of shagging the same girl, try a massage parlour now and then.

Dump her and start the cycle again.

Or do like 99% of the thais find a mistress and some discreet places for your personal fun.

Sooner or later one way or another everybody pay for sex in thailand.

Except backpackers without money, they stick to "one shower a week" hippie-chicks.

Hmm, the other day I saw an old warehouse overlooking the river on my way down the ferry, and my first thought: that would make sick condos. I would definitely consider doing some development work over here once I get more acquainted. Only problem there are annoying laws about foreigners owning property, and often used legal loopholes are being closed:
