i'm on my 2nd 30day tourist visa but would like to stay on for as long as possible, maybe another 2months.. what's the best way to go about this?

Songkran, the thai new year ( 9-12 april ) is the commonly accepted boiling point.

June-july is late hot season early rainy season, not so hot and not a ton of sun especially in july ( maybe 20 days in the month ).

dear ***** god. phuket is so hot... like 3 degree's above bangkok,
so i just moved into my house and obviously the people renting it before were 4 busto teachers who all left their diary on traveling. life lessons(LOL) and teaching thai kids.. pretty lolatory.
I gotta pay 3x the price to get this house cleaned to the standard of queen victoria. every inch. even inside the rice cooker and any appliance.

Anyways if anyone is interested in doing something after im done setting this house up. just pm me your numbers or emails. i only know anders here.

anyways EM2, a Bangkok mansion would no doubt be sweet, but if you went to a smaller city, you could have the potential to become legendary. i'm just imagining a young guy throwing around piles upon piles of cash in chiang mai and it makes me smile. in bangkok it would be sick too but not nearly as notable.

and not to be a huge nit, but don't hate on the life lessons it's pretty dumb from the outside but you know different people see things different ways.

Phuket is beautiful.. but i do miss bkk already and lol@me for driving 11hours from bkk to phuket. and lol@ big cars having 1.5l engines here.. the toyota camry i had was one of their strongest non sports car.. 0-100km took about 17secs

Showing that you have tons of money is usually not a good idea in a country like Thailand though, depending on where you are, your connections and so on. In the classy clubs and areas of Bangkok sure no problem, but going to the more regular bar areas or wherever really, it'd be easy to get unwanted attention from both foreigners and Thais. I've met lots of people around both Thailand and other parts of Asia who's lost gold chains and expensive watches after showing it off too much. But hey, as long as you use common sense Bangkok is an awesome place to be, especially if you have $$$

Ah, I'm missing bangkok. Maybe I'll have to come back at some point but it seems like everybody has moved to Phuket. true story?

Hi guys,

I'm looking to take a trip from Phuket to Chiang Mai for a few days. Does anyone have any tips on finding a good airfare?

AirAsia usually has the lowest fares however they don't offer multiple leg trips and I'd have to stop over in BKK so I worry that if I just booked two different legs I'd miss the second one and have to pay some fees or buy a new ticket to complete the trip.

Anyone know a good travel agent or website?
