This is when you should just accept you failed in life, and move back in with your parents while looking for a real job.

when you are born and raised in america and only know americans its kind of hard to have friends that can send you money on stars at the moment

This. And when did this thread become the begging for 3 happy meals thread? Thought it was about Thailand.

WTF happened to this thread? It has gone full ******. 200 baht is a STANDARD fare (can even get cheaper) from BKK to Patts in a minibus K2D. Of course if you had spent more than 1 night in this country in your entire life your might know this. Why do insist on asking 10k ******ed questions in this thread when you aren't here and hated on it the one night you were. GTFO? go to the camobodia, pi etc threads?

Between this idiot, this jesue moran and the other troll (somchoo or some ****?) before him (same same obv?) this thread is complete gutterball fail atm. Any chance a mod could just clean this **** up? Used to be a great source of info and some entertainment from PE (which is even lacking now).

Alright, now I feel better. Continue on.

So far I can't find anything cheaper, but I'm going to look a bit longer before I book.
I took a similar trip last December. Airline obviously sucks as far as seat size and customer service, don't know how much this matters to you. The one thing it has going for it is that the seats in coach have electrical outlets in the back. If your's works you can watch your own movies or just dick around on your computer for the whole trip.

You don't need any kind of Chinese visa. Even if you miss your connecting flight, you'll get some special 24 hr visa and be put up in a hotel. The thing that sucks about China is they make you go through customs into the airport and the go back through customs again to get back to the international terminal. This wasn't that bad in Shanghai but it probably depends on how busy they are and whether you forgot you were wearing your "Free Tibet" t-shirt.

I signed up for their frequent flyer program and only got miles from the BKK-Shanghai leg of the trip. I'll try to fix this if I'm unfortunate enough to be in a Chinese airport again. They seemed to remember my preference for a window seat and I was assigned one for all 4 of my flights.

One thing to keep in mind for your layover is that at least in Shanghai and Beijing there's something like an automatic $10 fee to exchange money at every place in the airport. This is terrible if you just want to change $10 or $20 to get a sandwich and some beer.

Chances of getting a part time job teaching english with only an associates degree?
In bkk? CM?

What are peoples experiences with renting a house in thailand instead of a condo?

Why are you guys renting condos when rentals are way cheaper and overall seem better than a condo? talking about CM btw

Search around a bit for a flight with EVA Air (Taiwan), they can be found, just have to check several different days. I took it from Vancouver for $650, 19h total with a 4 hour layover in Taipei. Have not flown the Chinese airlines but have not heard good things.

lol

we have a way different definition for the word begging

all i did was ask if anyone would loan me TWENTY THREE DOLLARS because there are hundreds of people who know my situation and how long ive been trying to get this going

i figured that maybe, just maybe someone might loan me that massive sum of money because they trust i would pay them back, and once again, i was right

some of you take questions on the internet and internet space way to seriously

The thing is 23$ is not going to get you going.
Spoiler:
Then there’s the fact that your not going to be paying it back.

again im not sure you know what the word fact means

im gonna pay VV back, you dont believe im gonna pay back, then dont loan me

VV knows, so he will

so many haters lol

$23 gets me in 5 $4.50 180s, thats enough to pass some time, maybe ship 1 and who knows where that goes, did i say can someone send me $23 so i can win millions of dollars off of it and never have to borrow again? i forgot typing that part out

and yes dude asking 1 time is the exact same thing as spamming a pm box, good comparison

And I've had bums ask if they can "borrow" $5 from me. That's ****ing begging. It is pathetic. Why not create an account on one of the sites that let you deposit with Western Union? Since you apparently have enough documentation for Stars to unlock your account, this should be no problem. If you're actually just broke there are affiliate sites that will give you a 2-digit bankroll without a deposit being required.

The other thing is that if 2+2 allowed begging then every thread would become unreadable because of dozens of degenerate ****s likes you making promises and excuses looking for money. If you want money in your account there are plenty of legitimate options.

Chiang Mai:

Depends what you want to pay. But I think this place here is the number 1 choice for value at the moment, its all brand new and really smart and just 700 Baht, you can get a jacuzzi room for 1000. I've stayed in both types and they really excellent for the money.

http://www.chinagardenpattaya.com/de...sp?Folder=5747

Its best to let me know what your willing to pay and I can give you recommendations based on that, I know K2 is a budget guy so I was thinking of him. The above place is actually as nice as many places that are 1500 I've stayed in.

If it was randoms your right, but I have no problem with it in this scenario because he's one of a small group of us that post here all the time, and yes I think that is different. People can just choose not to help out if they don't want to, its not that difficult.
