Hollywood Poker First Deposit Bonus & Invite-a-Friend Bonus

I have a question regarding the invite-a-friend bonus together with the first deposit bonus.
If I get invited by a friend, I can clear a $100 bonus within 30 days for 800 player points and he gets $50. But what about the first deposit bonus? If I choose the $500 first deposit bonus I normally have 60 days to clear it. Will I still have 60 days time to clear that bonus after clearing the $100 bonus or only 30 days because I needed 30 days to clear the $100 invite-a-friend bonus first?

Upon deposit the invited player selects a deposit bonus which they clear AFTER they complete the IAF bonus...

Does Hollywood have any plans on returning to the US market? Seems like leaving was a hasty decision, seeing as though American still play.
I'd be happy to deposit at HP again. Always liked playing there.
