Flatting and Shoving both seem to kinda suck. Just Fold!?

Is this before or after the rebuy period is over? Before, I shove. After, I prolly call and fold to a shove by UTG.

What range are you giving UTG to call off 10bbs and then fold TT for 35 more with 30 in the pot?

If I call, then I'm not folding to UTG's shove.

If SB folds, what's your action agsinst an UTG raiser? I'd think calling>folding>raising to 1200>pushing. When the SB pushes, you can no longer call the 360, so your next best option is to fold. I'm basically ignoring the SB's chips because a) they're a small fraction of the total amount won/lost in this hand and b) you're fairly closely to even against his pushing range anyway.

If the UTG raiser and SB are decent, I think a fold is best timply because SB shoved after UTG 3x raised. Calling and folding to shove getting 2 to 1 is horrible, shoving is bad too... Fold.

SB's stack is short enough that he has to push quite a bit here, but I think when you consider the fact that you have a pretty comfortable stack at this point plus the fact more often than not it is a coinflip with the small blind (could have him dominated, but just as likely he has you dominated) plus the fact that the UTG raiser might have a really good hand, this is a spot I'd be willing to lay down what is probably the best hand.
Edit: Any sort of read on UTG that he is loose and opens a lot of pots and I probably shove.
