i think his favored line is to either shove flop, or min raise/fold turn. cincykid usually "plays the game." i mean, u got a 944 flop w/ JJ, what do u want?

Exactly. What do you want? I don't understand your call on the flop at all. Doesn't make 1 bit of sense.

Jesus christ you shouldn't even be posting in SSMTT. And if you are just trolling it's not amusing b/c people might actually be believing some of this "advice" you are giving.

I've played about 250 online tournies, yes.

Not sure what that has to do with anything?

^^^^^this is WHY NO ONE TAKES U SERIOUS

if u can't figure out how 250 tournaments online is little to no experience, then u don't need to be posting advice that's so extremely contradictory to what everyone else is posting. u have like 1/10th the amount of tournaments played as everyone else posting in here, and u usually play w/ an average buyin of $50. that means u have v little valuable input here. there's a reason these threads seem entertaining to you, it's because most of us have a clue, and u don't.

No, that isn't it. What does playing an online tournament have to do with poker knowledge? They have these crazy things called live tournies too. I've played in WSOP's, multiple other live tournies...I'll be playing in the WSOPc event at Caesars coming up shortly.

I guess it's about maturity. Somehow staring at a computer screen is more legit than playing live? I guess if that's how you guys judge around here than that's cool. That doesn't mean I'm not gonna give my 2 cents.

How many people posting in this thread have done better than 11th in the million? I guess I just got lucky, huh?

1. ok, i'm going to give u the benefit of the doubt and say you've played THREE HUNDRED live tournaments. 3-0-0. now add that to ur 250. now u have... 550 compared to my like 3,000+, compared to how many freakin tournaments gobbo has played, compared to all the others who have played tens of thousands of man hours and prob tens of millions of hands collectively, and compare that to ur 550 tournaments and maybe 50,000-100,000 hands tops. u clearly have VERY little experience compared to them.

2. nothing about online/live has to do w/ being "more legit." it has nothing to do with being cool and playing live. it has to do with VOLUME. i've played over 3,000 tournaments and i'm not even halfway to what i would consider a good sample size as to what my expectation is in tournaments, especially considering i can say w/o a doubt that my first 1,000 tournaments, i was about as clueless as you are.

3. 11th in the sunday million... yes, you got really freaking lucky, cause you beat out like 6,000+ people. obviously, you got lucky. i got 18th once, out of 7,000+ ppl, i also got pretty lucky to get that deep. the fact u can't grasp that concept alone and the ones above proves...
