Villain has a solid img, playing decent lag somehting like 22/18 or so, very few showdowns, didnt get out of line etc, v lil history with me.

One previous pot where he opened UTG(he opened EP a lot) I flatted T9hh and 20bb shortie in BB came along. Check throuh on a QQ6cc board, I lead turn 8x, BB folds, he calls (were like 70bb eff pre). I lead almost 4/5 pot on river 3c, he tanks and folds

I was quite active, but with a decent image, did not get out of line tho. No other real reads on him or him on me.

P.S. I see him capable of flatting QQ-AA but not sure if he does it this deep IP, also Im not sure if he value bets this thin w/AQ so I'm left with 66/AA/KK and JTdd. Fwiw, I don't see him bluffing here evr, he snap shoved river btw

If I bet on the river (not saying that I wouldnt) I snap any all-in, if I'm not comfortable getting it in, I check call a 50k bet since its not allowed to check fold a set here

checking river would be criminal unless its with the plan to CRAI. As played spot sucks.

Yeah, I'm not saying otherwise. I bet call tbh as primary option but vs some players c/c'ing is an option too

Don't ever fold here, this would be a horrible spot with AK but with 99 you beat 66 and that's enough reason to call all by itself.

Agree with billy that 99 >AK in this spot and he can feasibly be playing AQ/AK this way.

Either way I just wouldn't want to be folding a set here.

Does he not 3bet AK pre especially given your slightly LAG image? I think you have to hope for AQ or 66 here, otherwise it looks like JdTd or AA. I would call and see...
