i am a new live tourney player need help

early tight player raises 3x i cutoff pocket 88 call button who has done some strange plays 3 bets 3x more - early folds i shove 35-40 bb button calls pocket 10 10 - this was in a qualifier to main event with 20 minute blinds - comments?

shoving 35bb is a massive shove .Button 3 bets more doesn't mean playing any cards
I might shoved anything above QQ+,AKs.

below 15BB I would shoved 55+ ,AJo+,JTs+
