110 players to start, down to 5 tables. Recently moved so no reads except SB was at my old table and seems fairly solid / aggressive. Blinds are 200/400/50, but are going up to 300/600/50 on the next hand. I've got T$6800, 66 on the button and it folds to me. Avg stack at this point is about T$12,000, and both the SB & BB have me covered.

Call, raise (how much?), or push?

I'd say push since you're about to be down to 10 BB's.

can't believe I agree with Cincy but yeah...take it down pre with a push...1000 in pot will buy you a few breaths

Shove.

Getting flatted is uncomfortable, getting stop and goed is no fun, and you don't really want to induce a resteal.

While the shove might be a bit transparent it is also unexploitable.

Thanks. I did shove (and of course lost or I probably wouldn't be posting this hand). I just couldn't help but 2nd guess myself afterwards that if I'd just put in a small raise, I could have folded to a re-raise PF, or gotten away from the hand on an Ace high flop .

raise/folding is really really really really gross. don't be results oriented. this is a very very clear shove.
