Why are you checking the flop and turn?

Shove flop, you have a little less than pot. If he's got a Q he is snap calling you, and since it's a rebuy he might be calling loose with a J or even a 7 or 88-TT.

If he's got some kind of draw, he's probably calling too. The only thing that you're accomplishing by giving him two free cards is letting AK or 99 or TT get a free shot at stacking you.

Also, I very much disagree with his range as JJ+ AK. You 4bet raised with 1/3 of your stack. If he has AA or KK he is definitely sticking it in here. I think he's wider, I wouldn't be surprised if AK and AQ make up a huge portion of his range, along with 88-JJ.

How can you possibly check that turn? Given that you checked the flop, your range is super wide, and he'll continue with a huge percentage of his range.

If he's not bluffing the turn, he's probably not bluffing the river either, so all you're doing is giving him a free draw.

it not in the rebuy period. i think a range for someone who flats a 4bet oop when 4 bettor is obv committed to hand is generally pretty tight, when flop comes down as it did im beaten by all of that range bar ak, so i think checking all streets to induce a river bluff is better than me shoving and him folding ak and snapping with aa/qq/jj
